Responsibilities for an Parts Advisor

• Assist with day-to-day retail sales in the showroom, including Parts, Hardware, and Clothing
• Deliver excellent customer service - face to face, by phone, and via email
• Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Support workshop technicians with parts identification
• Receive, check, and distribute incoming goods and customer orders

Requirements for an Parts Advisor

• Experience in automotive trade
• Previous sales experience is an essential part of the role
• Full UK licence
• Great communication skills
• Can do attitude
