Senior Air Conditioning Engineer

Senior Air Conditioning Engineer - I am currently looking for a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join a facilities maintenance provider, working across London and Kent mainly within commercial buildings. This is an excellent position for someone looking for progression with a smaller business.

Duties include :

• Maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems within commercial properties including gyms, schools, gyms, retail stores and residential properties
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
• Repair or replace defective equipment or components
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
• Follow safety procedures and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns

The starting basic salary for the Senior Air Conditioning Engineer ranges from 48,000 - 52,500 based on a 40 hour working week from Monday to Friday. Other benefits include a company van, fuel card, uniform, regular training, health insurance and 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

You must have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a similar role and any other qualifications across electrical or plumbing would be advantageous. You must also hold a current F Gas qualification.
