Maintenance Manager

We are partnering with a market leading FMCG manufacturing business based in Buckinghamshire, who are recruiting a talented Maintenance Manager to lead their engineering team.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be tasked with leading the maintenance strategy, coaching & developing the engineering team and identifying CAPEX projects / proposals to key stakeholders.

This role will suit individuals with proven experience within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment, ideallly with exposure to automated machinery. In addition, experience of leading engineering teams is essential.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant Engineering Qualification (NVQ level 3 / HNC / HND / Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree etc.)
