Job Title: MEP Site Manager/Construction Manager
Location: Heathrow Airport
Contract: Long Term
Rate: 400 per day

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Site Manager to join our team working on a major project at Heathrow Airport. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works on-site, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all MEP installations and works on-site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure the project is completed within budget and on schedule.
• Monitor and enforce health and safety procedures on site.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Maintain detailed records of work progress and any issues arising.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as an MEP Site Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry.
• Previous experience working on large-scale projects, particularly at airports or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and relevant construction regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid site safety certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
