Our client is looking for an experienced Garages Income Officer.

Income officer working in the Garages Team managing garage rent accounts working within Homeownership Services.

- A proven commitment to high levels of customer service Essential

- Ability in customer handling techniques Essential

- Ability to accurately interpret customer and client needs, appropriate elements event information. Essential

- Computer literate to include the Microsoft office package and able to create reports and spreadsheet. Essential

- Confident in using bespoke IT systems, including the ability to analyse data across a range of financial computerised management systems Essential

- Experience of using a wide range of computerised packages. Essential

An ability to carry out financial assessments related to managing properties, manage rent accounts and maintain payments to landlords, and use the Councils IT skills to do so. Includes using databases,

Microsoft office, the internet and electronic mailing Essential

Experience of carrying out all functions relating to the control and monitoring of rent arrears ensuring that targets are met
