This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and driven individual to inspire students to excel in both business and economics subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in Business and Economics across Key Stages 4 and 5 (GCSE and A-Level).
• Develop and implement creative and innovative teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Foster a positive learning environment where students can build confidence and achieve their full potential.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular activities, including business-related clubs and events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and share best practices.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject.
• Experience teaching Business and/or Economics at GCSE and A-Level (desirable).
• A passion for education and a strong commitment to helping students succeed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching, with a focus on creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
