What we re looking for:

Experienced in traditional housing development

Additional experience with SIP / MMC development would be beneficial

Has experience of COINS, ideally VAP & Construction Workbench

Experience in creating digital take-off software mainly Bluebeam

Knowledge of managing contractor applications

Knowledge of certifying contract works at stage payments via QA sheet sign offs and on-site checks / valuations

Knowledge in creating and presenting drawdown documentation to lenders, including on site valuations

Experience in creating contract relevant tender packages and writing scope of works

Experience in creating BOQ s and budget/pricing documents

Negotiating, analysing and comparing contractor pricing and value engineering, where possible

Analysing potential risks with contractors and the time / cost implications of these risks, with mitigation suggestions

Experience in writing sub-contractor agreements / contracts and negotiating terms, when required

Experience in issuing notices, when applicable for delays and tracking these accordingly
