Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver elements of our T Level Health curriculum.
- Engage and inspire students through high-quality teaching and learning practices.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in curriculum development activities to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student learning experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree/HND or relevant professional qualifications in Health & Social Care.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A caring and supportive approach, with a strong desire to see students succeed.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Skilled in the use of IT and familiar with digital teaching tools.
- Knowledge of T Level Health is beneficial but not required.
