• Hours per Week: 18.5 (Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays)
• Salary: Up to £38,186.75 pro rata, depending on skills and experience
• Job Type: Part-time

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver elements of our T Level Health curriculum.
• Engage and inspire students through high-quality teaching and learning practices.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in curriculum development activities to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student learning experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/HND or relevant professional qualifications in Health & Social Care.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• A caring and supportive approach, with a strong desire to see students succeed.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Skilled in the use of IT and familiar with digital teaching tools.
• Knowledge of T Level Health is beneficial but not required.
