Project Manager

Our client is responsible for undertaking several high-profile remediation projects across a high volume of high rise occupied blocks.

Their aim is to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. It is also to provide their stakeholders with the comfort that the team are successfully delivering these complex projects on commercial and residential properties while being mindful that the works are impacting people's homes.

They are now seeking to appoint a Project Manager to be based out of their office in Southwark.

This position will directly support the Construction Director in site-wide strategic planning, construction programme reviews and reporting for the estate remediation works.

The selected candidate will have a proven background at Project Manager level and will have worked on remediation/legacy works on occupied property.

Ideally the candidates background will encompass experience of working with local authorities, H/A's and Homes England. Sound knowledge of financial and commercial activities associated with these developments is highly desirable.
