Our client, a leading provider of specialist education services in the region, is seeking an exceptional individual who can bring a blend of subject expertise, pedagogical creativity, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs. In this role, you will work with a caseload of students, delivering tailored one-to-one or small group lessons that address their specific learning requirements.

The successful candidate will possess a strong academic background, a relevant teaching qualification, and a proven track record of delivering effective, engaging, and inclusive lessons. You'll be a skilled communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and you'll have a deep understanding of the SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) sector and the challenges faced by your students.

Importantly, you'll also be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development, ensuring that your knowledge and skills remain at the forefront of best practice in SEN education.
