What You'll Be Doing as a Senior Property Manager

• Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, offering professional guidance and support.
• Take ownership of a varied property portfolio, ensuring that high standards and compliance requirements are met.
• Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating contractors and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
• Conduct property visits, reporting back to landlords and addressing any concerns raised.
• Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and associated financial matters.
• Handle deposits fairly and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support the check-in and check-out process to ensure a smooth experience for all parties.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
