Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a privately owned, well-run, ambitious and growing Principle Contractor.

The company deliver Construction & High Specification Interior Fit Out Projects across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Middlesex, Wiltshire & Buckinghamshire . Clients span the Light Industrial, Commercial Offce, Formula 1 & NHS sectors with Project Values ranging from 250k up to 20 million.

Reporting to the Commercial Director as a Quantity Surveyor this is a varied role required you to work from home and on sites.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of setting up and managing commercial controls for high end Commercial Office Fit Out & construction projects.

The successful person will be rewarded with a salary of between 70k- 85k (DOE) plus car /car allowance, benefits package and ongoing career prospects.
