An established automotive company in East Midlands is seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer for a permanent position. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HIL Development & Testing of software systems using Matlab, Simulink and Embedded C.

Qualifications:
- Relevant background or degree in software testing
- Verification & Validation experience

Skills:
- Proficiency in Matlab and Simulink
- Preferred proficiency in Embedded C
- Understanding of Autosar desirable

Responsibilities:
- Develop test plans/procedures based on system requirements/specification documents
- Design hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation models using MATLAB/Simulink
- Perform validation tests on multiple platforms
- Create automated scripts/tools to improve test execution process
