A Bit About the Role
- Take charge of designing and optimizing bespoke food production equipment.
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional engineering team (mechanical & electrical), fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Drive machinery improvements and scalability, implementing automation to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and operations to streamline processes, reduce waste, and keep those KPIs on track.
- Manage complex projects, all while juggling budgets, safety regs, and industry standards.
- Engineering Mastery: You ve got the credentials (Bachelor s or Master s in Engineering and / or design) and a proven track record designing bespoke food manufacturing equipment.
- Leadership Skills: You know how to grow, inspire, and organize a top-tier engineering team.
- Hands-On Experience: Robotics, automation, process control your background makes you a perfect fit for our tech-driven environment.
- Strategic Savvy: You re a big-picture thinker, ready to align engineering with our growth goals.
