My client, a leading retailer in luxury bathrooms, tiles and interiors! Their reputation has been built over decades and as such, are recognised as the premium retailer in the region! Selling a variety of brands at all levels, their growing product ranges meet and exceed the needs of a variety of tastes and budgets! The company's huge showroom displays exquisite bathrooms suites including tiled walls to engage all types of customers offering excellent design ideas and creations!

The Opportunity:

• Working as a Showroom Manager within a busy retail showroom specialising in a vast range of bathrooms, tiles and all accessories
• Managing the daily retail sales for all footfall to the showroom
• As the Showroom Manager, you will be hands on for all training and development of the team along with generating sales yourself.
• Establishing excellent relationships with all customers from inception to completion
• The Showroom Manager will be the main point of contact for all suppliers to the Showroom, you will develop these relationships and bring new ones on too!
• You will report directly to the owner of the business and as such the Showroom Manager will be given full autonomy of the showroom and its direction
• Working Monday - Saturday with a day off in the week

The Successful Candidate:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving sales success
• Management experience required, at any level! You do not need to be the finished article! A team leader or Assistant Manager looking for development is also great!
• Background in a related showroom-based sales would be advantageous however, this is all about the person! If you possess the right winning attitude, this is KEY
• Drive to succeed, drive to be the best, energetic, engaging and above all reliable and trustworthy! These are but a few key attributes my client is seeking
• An ideas person! Someone that can inject new life into an existing growing business!
• Team player is key!
