At Richmond Kitchens, we're looking for a bright, motivated individual to join our team and train with us in bespoke kitchen design. This is the perfect first step into a professional design career - no formal experience required.

• Supporting our experienced designers in day-to-day client projects
• Learning how to use design software (like SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Winner)
• Assisting with showroom displays, client presentations, and supplier samples
• Visiting project sites to see real-world design come to life
• Working closely with a friendly team across our three showrooms

• A genuine interest in design, interiors, or architecture
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Good communication and people skills
• Basic computer skills - design software experience is a plus, but not required
• A team player who's not afraid to ask questions or take initiative
