About Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Technical Lead with AWS expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DevOps practices, cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD pipelines. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of our AWS infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

Skills and Qualification:

  • 10+ years of overall experience, Min 5+ years of experience in DevOps with a focus on AWS cloud services.
  • Strong Proficiency in AWS services - EC2, ECS, ECR, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store, CloudWatch, SNS, and SQS.
  • Proven experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with ECS.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools, particularly GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code using tools like Serverless Framework.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL databases and database migrations using TypeORM.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Rollbar, and DataDog.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, manage AWS infrastructure using services such as Amazon EC2, ECS, ECR, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store, CloudWatch, SNS, and SQS.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated testing, building Docker images, deploying to staging and production environments, and synchronizing databases.
  • Implement and manage monitoring & logging solutions using Amazon CloudWatch, Rollbar, and DataDog.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for security, compliance, and disaster recovery with ISO27001, GDPR, and financial reporting regulations.
  • Identify and implement cost optimization strategies for AWS services
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues

Preferred/Good to Have Skills:

  • Strong Scripting and automation skills (eg, Python, Bash).
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate/Professional.
