Our client is a well-established main contractor, based in Hampton with a turnover of 12M, delivering high-quality refurbishment, new build, and fit-out projects across London, including Kensington, Chelsea, and Mayfair. Specialising in heritage, conservation, residential, commercial, education, and healthcare sectors, they are seeking an ambitious Contracts Manager to join their team. Contracts Manager Job Overview

• Overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Maintaining high-quality standards across all construction activities.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensuring health & safety regulations and company policies are adhered to.
• Providing support and leadership to project delivery teams.
• Conducting regular site visits, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues.

Contracts Manager Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a Contracts Manager role or looking to step up from a Site Manager / Project Manager position.
• Strong background in refurbishment and fit-out projects.
• Trade background is essential.
• Based within 1 hour of Hampton maximum ideally under 45 minutes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
