Enterprise Architect

Role: Enterprise ArchitectLocation: LondonSalary: up to 150k + bonusHybrid working: 3 days a week in the office

We're looking for a visionary Enterprise Architect with strong Insurance industry experience to lead the design and delivery of strategic architecture across multiple business lines. You'll connect business goals with technology strategy to enable scalable, future-ready solutions.

What you'll do:

• Shape and evolve end-to-end architecture and road-maps
• Align product, tech, and business strategies
• Govern solution design and reduce technical debt
• Guide emerging tech adoption
• Collaborate across Agile teams and architecture domains

What you'll bring:

• Proven enterprise architecture experience (TOGAF a plus)
• Deep understanding of insurance business and digital distribution
• Cloud-first and service-based architecture expertise
• Agile delivery know-how (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
• Confident communicator with commercial and strategic insight
• Proven Commercial or Speciality Insurance experience
