Housing Officer Location: Flexible / Remote with Travel Full-time Permanent

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting high-quality tenancy management - from allocations to arrears to ASB
• Liaising with managing agents to ensure smooth operations and top-notch resident services
• Keeping properties compliant, safe, and well-maintained
• Supporting residents as they prepare to buy their own homes - how's that for rewarding?
• Helping with property sales, data monitoring, estate inspections, and more
• Acting as the go-to person for community partners, residents, and internal teams

We're Looking For:

• A housing professional with a real passion for people and progress
• Experience in tenancy management, compliance, and customer engagement
• Great communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
