Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

B&B is working with a tier 1 fit out contractor who are in the market for a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to oversee a 20m fit out and refurbishment project in Central London.

The project is a complex refurbishment as there is elements of cut and carve works, installation of a bespoke staircase, along with a full fit out.

The role needs someone with a proven background in delivering projects of a similar value or higher. You will be the number 1, reporting to the divisional director.

The company has an excellent order book secured already, and there is a clear pathway of becoming a Project Director where you could be involved in managing fit out projects of up to 100m in value.

Skills Needed

• Solid Project Manager / Senior Project Manager experience with a fit out or refurbishment background
• Strong background in delivering project from 20m upwards
• Impeccable client facing skills
• Ability to manage teams from start to finish
