Warehouse Operative

Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm) Location: Basildon Hours: 7.30am - 5.00pm Pay: £12.21ph

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our client's busy team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term career progression.

Main Duties:

• Review and update order picking sheets
• Keep stock areas neat, orderly, and hazard-free
• Restock shelves
• Handle and move heavy goods (up to 20kg) safely and regularly
• Apply product labels with care and accuracy
• Prepare shipments by packing and stacking items onto pallets
• Liaise with colleagues across various teams
• Support operations in different warehouse zones
• Detect and correct stock placement issues
• Dismantle pallets and dispose of materials appropriately
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
