This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in supporting staff and students, ensuring practical lessons run smoothly and safely.Science Technician - Key Responsibilities: Prepare and set up equipment and resources for science lessons and experiments. Maintain and organise laboratory equipment, ensuring safety standards are met. Support teachers during practical sessions when required. Ensure safe storage and disposal of chemicals and materials. Carry out routine checks, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment. Provide technical support for science-based extracurricular activities.Science Technician - Requirements: Previous experience working as a Science Technician (or similar role) desirable. A science-related qualification (2:1 or above degree) preferred. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Good understanding of health and safety in a lab environment. A proactive and flexible approach with excellent attention to detail.
