I'm currently recruiting for a Job Evaluation Professional with HAY System expertise to work on a 12 month project.

The HAY system is a widely used job evaluation and grading system It is designed to measure the relative value of jobs within an organisation and provide a structured framework for compensation and organisational design.

Key duties will be:

• Scoring and Grading
• Bench-marking
• Applications
• Compensation and Benefits
• Organisational Structure
• Talent Management
• Fairness and Equity

Profile

The successful Job Evaluation Professional with HAY System expertise will possess the following:

• Previous Hay Methodology/Job Evaluation experience
• HAY Qualification
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

Job Offer

This is a 12 month interim role

• Location: On-site 3 days a week (this is non-negotiable).
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Salary: 550- 750 per day, depending on experience.
