You will:

Teach and support a small class of pupils with Autism (ASC) and/or complex needs

Deliver engaging, personalised learning tailored to individual needs

Create a structured, positive and inclusive classroom environment

Work closely with support staff and a wider multidisciplinary team

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs welcome

Is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs

Has a positive, resilient and proactive approach

Works effectively as part of a team

Is motivated to make a real difference

Experience with autism (ASC) is highly desirable.

Knowledge of approaches such as THRIVE and behaviour management strategies is beneficial, but a willingness to learn is essential.
