You will:

We are looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs welcomeIs passionate about supporting pupils with additional needsHas a positive, resilient and proactive approachWorks effectively as part of a teamIs motivated to make a real differenceExperience with autism (ASC) is highly desirable.
Knowledge of approaches such as THRIVE and behaviour management strategies is beneficial, but a willingness to learn is essential.
