• Present seasonal plans to senior leadership
• Optimise stock control and store profiling.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Proven merchandising experience with strong commercial instincts.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Confident communicator across all levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
