Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support where needed
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance student outcomes
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a focused learning atmosphere

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in a secondary setting (KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience desirable)
• Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Commitment to student progress and a passion for education
