Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor

We are recruiting for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join this practice based in the Borehamwood area. You will have a number of years background in the conveyancing specialist field.

The role is in-house, and is dealing with mainly residential sales and purchases, auction sales/ receivership sales predominantly on behalf of commercial clients.

Candidates need to have high service levels and be able to deal with matters from instruction to completion.

They will be assisting a head of department but will need to take ownership and conduct of all matters.

Salary will be commensurate with post qualified experience.

Range is therefore 30000 - 70000pa

Holidays standard 20 with 3 days between Christmas and New Year shutdown and another for your birthday.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
