Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education? Thinking about a career in teaching? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a network of secondary schools across Newham and is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our team from September 2025 through to July 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while making a real difference in the lives of young people. Many of our Graduate TAs go on to teacher training after completing the academic year!

About the role:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons across a range of subjects

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students

• Assist pupils with additional learning needs or those requiring extra academic help

• Contribute to classroom management and help create a positive learning environment

We're looking for graduates who:

• Hold a degree in any subject (2:2 or above preferred)

• Are passionate about education and keen to pursue a career in teaching

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Are confident, proactive, and committed to supporting students
