We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join a leading housing provider, delivering high-quality repairs, refurbishment, and maintenance services for local authorities and housing associations. The role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in social housing properties, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing excellent service to communities.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking a wide range of reactive plumbing repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including leak detection and repairs, installing bath panels, pipework and taps.
• Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken.
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the housing provider in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing
• Basic Criminal Record Check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
