Quantity Surveyor

Butler Ross are pleased to be recruiting multiple Quantity Surveyors on behalf of a well-respected and highly reputable London-based consultancy. These positions will be aligned to various projects; with a general expectation that 2-3 days will be spent at the office / client site(s), and are offering a salary of 50-60,000.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Management of assigned projects (generally valued up to 10mil )
• Developing and maintaining project cost plans and estimates
• Performing monthly cost reporting
• Contract Administration duties and communications - including Early Warnings and Compensation Events
• Risk Management

Required Experience

• A good understanding of NEC Contracts
• RICS membership, membership of similar professional body, or equivalent experience
• Commercial or Contract Management experience across construction or infrastructure projects
• Experience within consultancy or an understanding of the consultancy model
