About the Role

Our role is to help clients see where they need to go, develop a plan, and keep things on track.

We embrace technology and offer complete back-office support, allowing you to manage your workload and provide an inclusive financial planning service.

Responsibilities:

Providing comprehensive financial advice to a portfolio of clients across investments, pensions, and protection

Setting up meetings and conducting in-depth reviews of client's financial circumstances

Completing risk analysis, research, designing financial strategies

Assisting clients in making informed decisions

Promoting client referral, networking with other professionals and broader new business activities

Comply with regulatory aspects of the role and company compliance standards and endeavour to promote the interests and reputation of the company and work in its best interests

Working closely with our founder on operational projects and company development

This role needs an experienced adviser seeking more challenge within a smaller, successful and growing wealth management practice. Although not necessary, we can accommodate an adviser with an existing client bank and allow you to maintain ownership.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 based on experience

Bonuses

Pension

22 days holiday, plus three days between Christmas and New Year, as well as a day off on your birthday and an additional 2 days taken as a half-day per quarter

Core Hours: 9.15 am to 5.15 pm Monday to Thursday, 9.15 am to 4.30 pm Fridays

Exam support programme through to Chartered Financial Planner status if desired

Essential

Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified

Currently working as an adviser with 8 to 15 years experience as a UK-based financial adviser

Ability to build upon existing strong client relationships

Skills in acquiring and bringing on new clients

'Can-do' attitude

Unrestricted rights to work in the UK

Desirable

Strong communication skills / with the team and clients

Attention to detail

Interpersonal and organisational skills

Negotiation and influencing skills

Self-motivated

Entrepreneurial

Comfortable working on your own and as part of a team

Additional Information

Based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, we have a lovely new office barn, offering a great working environment in the countryside with easy access to the M40 and free parking.

We offer hybrid working, however would prefer applicants with easy access to the office.
