This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate eager to learn, develop their skills, and take on key responsibilities within a supportive team.
Monday- Friday 9-5.30pm paying up to 27,500.

Key Responsibilities:- First Point of Contact: Handle telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate and manage service visits, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Arrange site visits for repairs, maintenance, and other services as required by customers.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing updates on service progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
- Gain exposure to a variety of tasks within the service management function, with ample opportunities to learn and develop in the role.
Junior Service Manager qualities: - Recent graduate, or someone looking to start their career in service management or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
