Job Details:

JobMatcha are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Rickmansworth.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor in Rickmansworth. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.

Key skills and qualifications required:

Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills, Experience in preparing BOQ and cost planning, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations, Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or relevant industry certifications (e.g., RICS) would be preferred, however, not a mandatory requirement
