• Salary: M1 - M6 ( 8,766 - 50,288, dependent on experience)

About the Role:

• Seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher with QTS to support children with complex learning, social, emotional, and communication needs.
• Must have a strong understanding of SEN strategies and experience adapting teaching to suit diverse needs.
• Confident in assessing and tracking progress, implementing EHCPs, and working with parents, support staff, and external professionals.
• Requires excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to create a nurturing and structured learning environment.
