About the RoleA well-established independent brick manufacturer in Sandy is growing and looking for a Counterbalance Driver to join their busy production team. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same.

Key Duties:

• Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently

• Setting up and maintaining production machinery

• Preparing and adjusting jigs

• Cutting, bonding, and finishing bricks to create bespoke products

• Carrying out quality control checks

• Packaging and labelling items ready for dispatch

• Completing daily safety checks and maintaining a clean working area

What We're Looking For:

• A reliable and hardworking team player

• Someone proactive with strong attention to detail

• Health & Safety aware

• Willing to learn and take pride in delivering high-quality work

Desirable Skills (Not Essential):

• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manual role

• Basic Maths, English, and computer skills

• Forklift licence (training will be provided if not held)
