Are you an experienced Engineering Maintenance Supervisor looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a hands-on leader to oversee a team of eight skilled engineers, ensuring smooth operations and high maintenance standards across our Packing area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of eight engineers, fostering a high-performance culture
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Work closely with other departments to improve operational performance
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong engineering background, either mechanical or multi-skilled
• Leadership experience in a maintenance environment
• A hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset
• Relevant qualifications or extensive industry experience
