HV design engineers - P&C / Cable Management

Our client is a major utilities contractor delivering a variety of HV and schemes in UK energy market. The are looking to appoint two HV design engineers with a background in the protection and control or cable management systems on a salaried basis based in Hertfordshire.

The successful applicants will be acting in a technical design role, working closely with other engineers to deliver designs on a substantial portfolio of projects.

To apply for this role you must meet the following criteria:

• Experienced electrical design engineer with extensive HV experience
• You must have specialist technical knowledge of either protection and control or cable management systems
• Ideally you will be degree qualified in electrical engineering
• Applicants must be autonomous, professional and comfortable dealing with senior industry stakeholders
• You must be based in the UK and fully eligible to work in the UK

This position is a salaried role on hybrid terms but you must be available 2-3 days per week in Borehamwood. We are considering applicants from engineer level to principal level and the salary bracket is wide to reflect that.
