We are working with a well-established specialist SEN school in Canterbury, supporting pupils aged 4-19 with a range of complex needs including autism, severe learning difficulties, and communication needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step away from the pressures of mainstream education and into a setting where relationships, individual progress, and pupil wellbeing are the priority.

The Role
  • Deliver engaging, personalised lessons tailored to individual needs
  • Support pupils with ASD, SLD, and complex learning needs
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and a wider multidisciplinary team
  • Focus on communication, life skills, and engagement as well as academic development
  • Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
