Salary: £30,000 + On-Call Bonus + Fuel covered

Job Description:
Harry at Amber Mace are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join a strong homecare team in Gerrards Cross area. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess an NVQ Level 3 qualification.

responsibilities include:
- Supervising and supporting field care staff to ensure high standards of care are provided.
- Conducting assessments and reviews of care plans.
- Liaising with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participating in an on-call rota as required.
- Managing and mentoring a team, providing guidance and training as necessary.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Ability to be part of an on-call rota.
- Proven line management experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
