Art Graduate - Secondary School Ealing, West London Full-time Term-time Start: ASAP / Flexible

We are working with a creative and supportive secondary school in Ealing who are seeking a passionate Art Graduate to join their Art & Design department.

This role is ideal for a recent Art or Art & Design graduate who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a school environment, support creative learning, and potentially progress into teacher training or a long-term education career.

As an Art Graduate, you will support the Art department by:

• Assisting teachers during practical Art & Design lessons

• Supporting students with creative techniques, materials, and processes

• Preparing, organising, and maintaining art resources and equipment

• Helping to create and display student artwork across the school

• Encouraging student creativity, engagement, and confidence

• Supporting classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe, structured learning environment

A degree in Art, Fine Art, Art & Design, or a related creative subject is highly valued for this role as it allows you to:

• Confidently support students with artistic techniques and creative development

• Demonstrate subject knowledge aligned with the secondary curriculum

• Act as a positive role model for students considering creative pathways

• Contribute meaningfully to lesson delivery and creative projects

• Support high-quality outcomes in coursework and practical assessments

• Holds a degree in Art, Fine Art, Art & Design, or a related subject

• Has a strong passion for creativity and education

• Is confident supporting students across KS3 & KS4

• Is organised, proactive, and enthusiastic

• Has (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS

• A welcoming and creative Art department

• Excellent facilities and resources

• Valuable classroom experience in a secondary school setting

• Ongoing support from experienced teaching staff
