Handyman required to join a leading FM company, based on a popular site in London. The ideal candidate will handle all planned and reactive maintenance across the permises working wuth an onsite facilities team.

Handyman Responsibilities:

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM's) and Building Maintenance.
• Minor plumbing repairs to leaks and blockages.
• Fabric maintenance including painting and joinery.
• Water hygiene tasks including water temperature monitoring. TMV servicing and weekly flushing of outlets.
• Offering a high level of customer service onsite, dealing with clients and the public.
