Our clientis looking for a reliable, versatile Multi-Skilled Repairs Operative to join our maintenance team. If you have a strong background in plumbing and carpentry and enjoy providing excellent service to residents, this could be the role for you!

The Role:

• Carry out day-to-day repairs across our housing portfolio, with a focus on plumbing and carpentry.
• Complete first and second fix work, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Respond efficiently to emergency repairs and service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Work safely and in line with all company policies and procedures.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience in plumbing and carpentry, ideally in a housing or maintenance environment.
• Multi-skilled in other general repair tasks is desirable.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, resident-focused approach.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
