Family Paralegal

A Legal Aid Family Paralegal is required to join a progressive practice on a full time permanent basis close to Canterbury.

This is an office based role where you will be able to grow and develop further.

Key duties to include:

• Experience working knowledge of legal aid and CCMS
• Document preparations
• Working with clients, Courts and other fee earners.
• Experience of legal systems and a case management system

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous Family legal aid Paralegal experience is essential - at least 6 months
• Law Degree of 2:1 and above.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools

Salary is around the 26,000 - 27,000 mark
24 days holiday plus bank holidays
