Practice Nurse

Practice Nurse (Perm) Needed in Croydon area

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Practice Nurse to support one of our GP surgery that we work with. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong experience in delivering high-quality patient care and a desire to make a real impact in the community.

What We re Looking For:

• Proficiency in all core Practice Nurse services, including health checks, cervical screening (smears), dressings, wound management, immunisations, and travel vaccinations.
• A strong track record in achieving high QOF standards, with familiarity using the Ardens Template preferred.
• Bonus if you can manage Long-Term Conditions such as Asthma/ COPD/ Diabetes, OR Hypertension.

Rates can be flexible depending on experience

Role Details:

• Flexible schedule: 37.5 hours but can be flexible
• Start time 8AM & finish time 17:00
• Start date: April 2025 (earlier start may be possible).
• Open due to the retirement of the current nurse.
• This is an permanent Oppertunity
• System used is Emis
• Parking availabile
• Salarly will be £40K - £46K depending on experience
