What will the HLTA Role Include?:

• Delivering planned activities and supporting children both in & out of the classroom
• Assisting with assessment, monitoring, and reporting on pupil development
• Liaising with teaching staff to contribute to lesson planning and children's progress
• Supporting children with additional learning needs and promoting inclusion

The ideal candidate will have:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Proven experience working with primary school children
• Confident in managing whole classes and delivering learning activities
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Committed to supporting children's educational and social development
