Graphic Designer

DB Recruitment is recruiting for an exciting position with a large D&B Construction company based in Reading.

Desinging workplace / office interiors so within this industry background is really desirable.

The position of Graphic Designer would suit someone ideally with 2-3 years experience who has a portfolio & experience of working in a similar position but who is also hungry & driven to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

Will be running the bid documents & making the role their own. Being the first in this role will enable you to grow it your way & eventually grow beneath you.

Confidence is key as you will be working across the business with the departments.

Must be confident, a client facing role & willing to make the role their own and come up with new ideas & procedures. A very creative person who is wanting to make an impact.

Travelling distance to Reading but flexible with working approach, will be in the office 5 times per week.

Pay: 35-36k with commison of 1k per quarter potential
