Finsihing Manager

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK based developer, in assisting them with recruiting of an experienced Finishing Manager, for their major residential scheme in SW London.

As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for taking the RC frame apartment units from 2nd fix stage, through to handover. You will be responsible for driving the units thought to completion, managing health and safety on site, managing subcontractors on site and reporting into the Project Manager on site. The ideal candidate must have worked for a residential developer and must have experience in delivering units to a timely and quality standard.

This is an immediate role, minimum 6 month contract here, payments made via CIS. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid cert here.
