Job Type: 7.5 ton Driver

Location: Basildon and surrounding areas

Salary: £15.00 / £16.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday

Day shifts

Pre-Planned Routes - Ensuring your daily drops are achievable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Inspection of Vehicle and reporting any defects
• Checking the Load is Safe and Secure
• Completing relevant paperwork load manifest matches Load on Board
• To work to Tacho Regulations at all times
• To help Customers off Load there order (If No other means available)
• To report any accidents as soon as they happen
• To Re-Fuel the vehicle at the end of each day
• To return all paperwork and report any issues to the transport Office.

Person Specification:

• Valid CPC / Tacho
• Must have at least 18 months driving experience
• Able to follow and maintain procedures.
• Willing to start early mornings
• No More than 6 points
• Use to manual handling
• Reliability and good work ethic.
• Health and Safety experience.
