Location: East Surrey
Employment Type: Permanent, Salaried
Salary: 38,942.75 - 40,113.57 (dependent on qualifications, skills & experience)

About the Role:
Support students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) and additional needs
Help learners develop independent study skills and strategies
Organise and assess Exam Access Arrangements (EAAs) in line with JCQ regulations
Ensure compliance with Awarding Organisation requirements
Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies

What We're Looking For
Level 7 SpLD Assessor Qualification (e.g., CPT3A, PATOSS, PAPAA)
Teaching qualification (Level 4 or above)
Knowledge of access arrangements and reasonable adjustments
Experience supporting students/young people with additional needs
Degree or equivalent qualification
Strong organisational skills and motivation to support student success
